Free quote check.
Been handed a quote you can't read? Send us what you've been given, or what you're already paying for, and we'll go through it with you line by line: what each thing is, what it does for your business, and whether the number looks right. It costs you nothing.
How it works.
-
Send it over
A photo, a PDF or a forwarded email will do.
Email contact@drillbitdigital.com.au, message @drillbitdigital on Instagram, or use the form.
-
We read every line
We work out what each line is, what it does for your business, and what the quote doesn't say.
-
We talk it through
In plain English, with the questions worth asking before you sign. We'll get back to you within one business day.
Then it's your call. There's no obligation to use us for anything.
What you can send.
- A website quote
- A marketing or SEO invoice
- The monthly report from whoever runs your ads
- A hosting, domain or maintenance bill
- A quote for software, an app or IT work
Something you're already paying for counts too. If it's on an invoice and nobody has explained it, send it.
Getting you higher up Google. Ask what they actually do each month.
Meetings to work out what you want, before any work is done.
Keeping your website switched on, and fixing it when it breaks.
Rent for the software your site or system runs on.
You can't leave for a year, whether it works or not.
Fair questions.
Is the quote check really free?
Yes. Send us a quote, report or invoice from any agency, whether it's for a website, IT, software or marketing, and we'll explain it in plain English. No charge, and no obligation to use us for anything.
Is what I send you kept private?
Yes. We keep what you send us private, and we don't contact the business that wrote it. See our privacy policy.
What if the quote turns out to be fair?
Then we'll tell you so. A high price isn't a rip-off if the work is all in there. The point is that you know what you're paying for before you sign.
Is this professional advice?
What we tell you is our honest explanation and opinion, based only on what you show us. It's general information, not legal, financial or accounting advice. The full wording is in our terms.
